How do I return products to Chakrapani Ayurveda and get a refund?
You can return any item to us in its original packaging or in its original condition to Chakrapani Ayurveda. Just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less courier charges / shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our website.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?
You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the parcle.

How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on the value of the item and the payment option used to pay for the order in the first place, we will do the refunds.
